Palapreg? P 145-01 is intended for use in SMC and BMC production. It has good compatibility with low profile additives and can be used in low shrinkage SMC/BMC applications for very good surface quality. Molded parts made with Palapreg? P 145-01 show excellent uniform coloration.

Application Guide
Palapreg? P 145-01 is typically used for standard SMC/BMC processing or in conjunction with Palapreg? LPAs for the preparation of low shrinkage/low profile SMC and BMC. Typically, the ratio of Palapreg? P 145-01 to polymer solution is 60:40, but this can be adjusted if required. Depending on the size of the molded part, it is recommended to add 300 to 600 ppm of p-phenylenedione (calculated as UP-resin plus LPAs) to the system.
