Process Operation Guide
- Atlac? 382H is a bisphenol A fumaric acid resin and contains no accelerators; cobalt accelerators should be added for use. At the same time, an appropriate amount of amine accelerator should also be added. Curing agent can be used MEKP, the amount of 1.5 ~ 3.0%. should ensure that the curing agent in the effective period.
- For low-temperature curing (below 10°C) or low-exothermic curing processes (e.g., thick products), MEKP (AAP) + cobalt liquid + DMA is recommended, respectively.
- Post-curing: Post-curing is necessary to obtain full thermal and chemical resistance of Atlac? 382H. Recommended conditions are post-curing at 90 to 100°C for 3 to 6 hours. Lower temperatures are inefficient and too high temperatures may cause the product to become brittle. Post-curing The product should be aged at room temperature for at least 24 hours before curing. It takes 1 year for the product to fully cure at room temperature.
