Warp unidirectional stitched fiberglass fabric is made from fiberglass direct roving, aligned in the 0° direction, and stitched with polyester yarn. Optional chopped strand or non-woven fabric layers can be added. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinyl, and Epoxy resins and is widely used in wind energy, boat building, FRP pipes and tanks, pultrusion sections, etc. Suitable for pultrusion, hand lay-up, filament winding, and vacuum infusion processes.

Roll Width: Standard width is 1270 mm. Available in 200 mm to 2600 mm depending on customer needs.

Packaging: The fabric is rolled on a paper tube (inner diameter 76 mm), wrapped in plastic film, and packed in cartons. Rolls are laid horizontally and can be loaded on pallets or shipped in bulk.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place with a temperature range of 15°C to 35°C and humidity between 35% and 65%. Keep in the original packaging to avoid moisture absorption.
