Warp unidirectional fiberglass fabric is made of fiberglass direct roving aligned in the 0° (warp) direction and stitched together using polyester yarn. Optional layers of chopped strand or polyester tissue can be stitched together as needed. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinyl, and Epoxy resins and is widely used in wind energy, boat building, FRP pipes and tanks, and pultrusion profile industries. Suitable for pultrusion, hand lay-up, filament winding, and vacuum infusion processes.

Remarks

Roll Width: Standard width is 1270mm. Other widths from 200mm to 2600mm are available according to customer requirements.
Packaging: The fabric is usually rolled on a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm, wrapped in plastic film, and packed in cartons. Rolls should be laid horizontally and can be palletized or loaded in bulk in containers.
Storage method: Store in a cool, dry, and moisture-proof place. Recommended storage temperature is 15℃~35℃ and humidity 35%~65%. Keep the product in its original packaging before use to avoid moisture absorption.
