Trigonox? 99-CL75 is a polymerization initiator for the (co)polymerization of ethylene, vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride.
appliance
Ethylene Polymerization: Trigonox? 99-CL75 is an effective initiator for the production of low density polyethylene (LDPE). It is used in tube and autoclave processes. In most cases, combinations with other peroxides are used to ensure a wide reaction range. Polymerization of Vinyl Chloride: Trigonox? 99-CL75 is used as an initiator for the suspension and bulk polymerization of Vinyl Chloride between 40°C and 65°C. It is also used as an initiator for the suspension and bulk polymerization of Vinyl Chloride. Trigonox? 99-CL75 is often used in combination with less reactive peroxides such as dicarbonate peroxide (e.g. Perkadox 16) or diacyl peroxides (e.g. Laurox) in order to improve reactor efficiency.
