Trigonox? 423-C70 is an initiator for the (co)polymerization of ethylene, vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride.
appliance
Ethylene Polymerization: Trigonox? 423-C70 can be used for LDPE manufacturing in both autoclave and tube processes. Trigonox? 423-C70 is a very reactive peroxide and can be used in combination with less reactive initiators such as tert-butyl peroxyneopentanoate (Trigonox? 25), tert.Butylperoxybenzoate (Trigonox? C) and others. The TA and Io/PE of Trigonox? 423-C70 are expected to be similar to that of isopropylphenyl peroxyneodecanoate (Trigonox? 99). Polymerization of Vinyl Chloride: Trigonox? 423-C70 is a highly reactive initiator. It can be used between 40°C and 65°C. It can also be used for the polymerization of vinyl chloride. Trigonox? 423-C70 is often used in combination with less reactive initiators such as dicarbonate peroxide (e.g., Perkadox 16) or diacyl peroxides (e.g., Laurox) to improve reactor efficiency.
