Trigonox? 101-45D-PD is a bifunctional peroxide suitable for crosslinking natural and synthetic rubbers, as well as polyolefins. Rubber compounds containing Trigonox? 101-45D-PD have excellent resistance to scorch and can be mixed in one step under certain conditions. Safe processing temperature: 135°C (rheometer ts2 > 20 minutes). Typical crosslinking temperature: 175°C (rheometer t90 approx. 12 minutes).
