appliance
- Vinyl: Initiator for high-pressure vinyl polymerization, usually used with more thermally stable peroxides. Temperature range: 120-180°C. Highly efficient, liquid and easy to mix.
- Vinyl chloride: initiator for mass or suspension polymerization. Temperature range: 50-65°C. Recommended dosage: 0.05-0.151 TP3T.
- Other monomers: Initiator for the polymerization of monomers such as acrylonitrile, (meth)acrylate and vinyl acetate. Temperature range: 50-80°C. Suggested dosage: 0.04-0.11 TP3T. In combination with peroxides, which are more thermally stable, the residual monomer content in the polymer can be reduced.
- Other applications: Used as a radical source for chemical synthesis requiring highly reactive radicals.
Standard Packaging
- 25kg HDPE plastic drum
