Product Description::

• TAPEHC is a colorless liquid composed primarily of technically pure tert.Amylperoxy-(2-ethylhexyl) carbonate.
• This is a thermally stable monopercarbonate used as an initiator (source of free radicals) in the curing of polymers (SM), unsaturated polyester resins (UP), and crosslinking of polymers (EVA).

• Half-life: 10 hours/1 hour/1 minute (0.1m/isododecane): 95/113/150°C

appliance::

• STYRENE: Used as an initiator for large-scale or suspension polymerization of styrene (SM). Usually used in suspension polymerization with Dibenzoylperoxide (BPO) or in mass polymerization with tert.Butylperoxy-2-ethylhexanoate (TBPEH).
• Temperature range: 100 - 140°C.
• Use Level: 0.02 - 0.11 TP3T as supplied Advantages: Significantly reduces the amount of residual monomers in the polymer, no aromatic breakdown products.
