working (of machinery)
Mix the product well before use. Due to its cure Synolite 5001-W-2 exhibits poor secondary behavior adhesion; wet-on-wet application is recommended for better adhesion. Curing between 15 and 30°C is recommended Moderately reactive MEKP. Post-curing at 80-90°C for 4 hours is recommended; styrene dilution should be avoided in order to maintain fire retardancy. Shelf life of the product after addition of the promoter (DEAA) not exceeding 24 hours.
Pre-use Guide
Prior to use, the resin should be conditioned in the well at a defined temperature relevant to the application (typically 15 °C minimum temperature for MEKP/Co cure). Stir the product before mixing.
