Encapsulation film is generally used EVA, POE or EPE (EVA and POE composite film), encapsulation film requires good electrical insulation properties, weathering, aging resistance, can be used for 20-30 years;

Arkema peroxides are used in protective films.

Peroxide products used in Arkema's solar encapsulation films:

Improvement of PV film production efficiency, extension of scorch protection technology and significant reduction of gel risk;

It can be cured quickly at low temperature to improve the production efficiency of lamination in component factory; avoiding gel point and hard lumps in the process of heating up;

In EPE film, synchronized cross-linking of POE and EVA is possible;

In EPE film, POE is paired with TCS for faster vulcanization speed and LC for EVA, which can achievePOESynchronized crosslinking with EVA.;

In EVA: 0.5-0.8%

In POE: 0.65-1.1%
