Product Properties

S 320T-954AT is an additive, pre-promoted, thixotropic flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin. Utilizing low smoke, low toxicity and high flame retardant technology, this resin has medium viscosity and medium reactivity.

S 320T-954AT is characterized by high mechanical strength and good process performance. It is widely used in a variety of self-extinguishing reinforced and non-reinforced products, especially those with high requirements on fire resistance, such as architectural decorative panels, ventilation ducts, transportation tools (railroad vehicles, boats) and electrical shells and parts, etc. It is suitable for hand-laying, spraying, casting and other processes.

Instructions for use and precautions

S 320T-954AT resin contains fillers and should be stirred well before use.

Brylon S 320T-954AT resin already contains accelerator, add curing agent (e.g. MEKP) at the time of use to ensure that the curing agent is within the expiration date. When the temperature is low, accelerator can be added to adjust the reactivity.

Optimum flame retardancy and mechanical properties are only obtained with fully cured resin reinforcement layers.
