S 320 L-907 is suitable for hand-lay-up, winding and RTM processes and is widely used in a variety of self-extinguishing composites, especially for products with high requirements on flame retardancy, as well as flame retardant and light transmissive products, such as architectural decorative panels, ventilation ducts, appliance housings and components. Composite parts based on Palatal? S 320 L-907 have good mechanical properties.

Process Operation Guide
- The resin needs to be stored at a suitable temperature and humidity for a constant period of time before use, and the operating temperature should normally be above 15°C when using the MEKP/Co curing system;
- Palatal? S 320 L-907 resin contains wax, please mix well before use;
- Palatal? S 320 L-907 resin contains accelerator, should be added to the curing agent MEKP, should ensure that the curing agent in the expiration date.
- The temperature of the workshop should be maintained between 18℃ and 32℃, and the humidity of the workshop should be maintained between 40% and 90%. Constant shop conditions will result in constant gel time and help the manufacturer produce high quality products.
- The final cured state of the product prior to use can be post-cured for a few hours at high temperatures (e.g. 80°C) to achieve optimum physical and chemical properties.
