Cured using 1.0 gram of Butanox M50 and 1.0 gram of Accelerator NL 49P added to 100 grams of resin. Cure at room temperature for 24 hours, then post cure at 80°C for 24 hours.
Test conditions: Temperature: 23±2 ℃, relative humidity: 50±5%.
Processing Guide
- Palatal? P65-972 does not contain accelerators. When using the pultrusion process, the curing system should be selected according to the specific equipment, product, process temperature, and pultrusion speed. The recommended amount of curing agent ranges from 0.751 TP3T to 2.01 TP3T of total resin weight.
- Maintain shop temperatures between 18°C and 32°C and humidity between 40% and 90%. Maintaining consistent shop conditions helps maintain consistent gel times and helps manufacturers produce a high quality product.
