P 50-952TV is a pre-promoted, thixotropic o-phenylene unsaturated polyester resin with low viscosity and high reactivity, suitable for hand lay-up and spraying. P 50-952TV has good infiltration of glass fibers and excellent handling properties, excellent mechanical properties and high impact strength.

P 50-952TV is widely used in hand lay-up and spraying processes. P 50-952TV is mainly used in shipbuilding industry because of its low viscosity and very good infiltration of glass fiber. P 50-952TV has passed the inspection and approval of China Classification Society, and has good water resistance, so it can be used in shipbuilding.

Curing condition: 24 hours at room temperature, 24 hours after 80℃.

Instructions for use and precautions

Curing agent can be used MEKP, the dosage is 1.0~2.5%. it should be ensured that the curing agent is within the validity period.

Palatal P 50-952TV resin already contains accelerator. The thixotropic agent in the resin may gradually precipitate after long-term storage. It is necessary to disperse it evenly before use, either by rolling the drum upside down several times or by stirring it properly in the container.

For better performance, the product can be post-cured at 80°C for a few hours.
