AKPEROX HC9-D tert.Butylperoxybenzoate TBPB
AKPEROX HC9-D has been developed to cure unsaturated polyester resins in combination with a cobalt accelerator (AKCOBALT 10%) in the temperature range of 60?C, while higher applications are suitable for AKPEROX HC9-D plus cobalt accelerator cans such as synthetic marble, polymer concrete, fiber wrapping, and air-drying paints. The combination of AKPEROX HC9-D with cobalt accelerators and possibly amine accelerators (e.g. N,N Dimethylaniline) is also suitable for ambient temperature curing of vinyl ester resins. AKPEROX HC9-D cures much faster in these resins than the commonly used peroxide AKPEROX LPT.
AKPEROX HC10 tert.Butylperoxybenzoate TBPB
AKPEROX HC10 has been developed for the curing of unsaturated polyester resins in combination with cobalt accelerators in the temperature range of 60-120?C. AKPEROX HC10 with cobalt accelerators can be used for artificial marble, polymer concrete, filament winding and air drying paints. AKPEROX HC9 in combination with cobalt accelerators and possible amine accelerators (e.g. N,N Dimethylaniline) is also suitable for ambient temperature curing of vinyl ester resins.
AKPEROX HC75 tert.Butylperoxybenzoate TBPB
AKPEROX HC75 in combination with a cobalt accelerator (AKCOBALT 10%) cures unsaturated polyester resins at 60?C and higher temperatures and is suitable for curing systems. AKPEROX HC75 with cobalt accelerators can be used, for example, for artificial marble, polymer concrete, filament winding and air drying paints. The combination of AKPEROX HC75 with cobalt accelerators and possible amine accelerators (e.g. N,N Dimethylaniline) is also suitable for ambient temperature curing of vinyl ester resins. AKPEROX HC75 cures much faster in these resins than the commonly used peroxide AKPEROX LPT.
