• Main applications: for curing unsaturated polyester resins with cobalt accelerators at room temperature.
• Appearance: colorless transparent liquid
• Active oxygen content: 9.7 ± 0.1%
• Temperature characteristics: SADT of 65°C
• Recommended storage temperature: not more than 30°C
• Shelf life: 6 months from date of delivery

Areas of application:

• Suitable for a wide range of processes: hand lay-up, spraying, RTM, continuous lamination, centrifugal casting, fiber-wound and polyester concrete
• NOROX ? KP-100 is the general-purpose MEKP for speed-demanding curing processes.
• Consistent room temperature properties with polyester resins and gelatin layers

Curing Characteristics:

• For curing tests using n-ethylenedioic anhydride type polyester resins, NOROX ? KP-100 shows the following properties:
  • Gel time: 18 minutes
  • Time to peak: 48 minutes
  • Peak exothermic temperature: 106°C

• Standard package size: 5 kg and 25 kg polyethylene bottles
