- Chemical composition: methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP)
- PRIMARY USES: Primarily used in highly filled resin systems with high hydrogen peroxide content to provide rapid gelation and initial strength development. Not recommended for gelatin coatings or vinyl ester resins.

- Moderately soluble in: esters
- Soluble in: ketones, lower alcohols, ethers
- Slightly soluble in: hydrocarbon solvents and water
Areas of application:
- Curing initiator for polyester resins cured at room temperature with excellent activity
- Flame retardant, self-extinguishing at low temperatures, no accelerating properties of organic peroxides when heated above the fire point
- Suitable for most polyester resins, providing very fast gelation and normal curing in thicker sections
Packaging:
- Standard package size: 4x8 lb and 44 lb (20 kg) polyethylene bottles
- NOROX ? FS-100/9 can be obtained in already colored 44 lb (20 kg) bottles.
