Applications: NOROX? 750 is an excellent liquid curing agent for curing unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature, primarily for workhorse and RTM applications.NOROX? 750 offers improved initial strength development without excessive exotherm. The slightly extended gelatinization time allows sufficient working time compared to standard MEKP formulations. Once gelatinization has occurred, faster than normal initial strength development allows for normal demolding times or continued laminate lamination. In the RTM process, NOROX? 750 provides a delayed gelatinization time to ensure good cavity filling and wetting of the reinforcement. Faster initial strength development after gelatinization without excessive exotherm helps with demolding time and prevents thermal damage to the tool. Excellent final cure and dimensional stability were observed with NOROX? 750 Hardener in tooling and RTM applications.
