Spraying (Gelcoat grade XXXX -SR-XXXX)

When using spraying equipment, we recommend that customers operate under the following conditions.
Always use a compressed air type gun requiring a nozzle diameter of 1-2 mm and a spray pressure of 2-3 atmospheres.

In order to obtain the best results, we recommend that the customer ensures the following working conditions.

Gelcoat use at 18°C to 25°C

Use MEKP* curing agent solution at a concentration of 50% at a dosage of 1.5%-2%.
-Coating thickness not less than 600-800g/m2.

Packaging, storage and custody

Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXX is packaged approximately 22KG. Store the product in its original unopened packaging at a temperature of not more than 20°C. Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. In this way, Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXXt has a stable storage period of three months from the time of dispatch.

Neogel XXXX -SR-XXXX has a flash point > 9°C and is flammable. Keep the product away from open flames during storage and use.
