Multiaxial Sandwich Mat with PP Core is made by stitching together a biaxial fabric (0° and 90°), a middle layer of PP core material, and a chopped strand layer in a sandwich design. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinyl, and Epoxy resins. This product is widely used in boat building, wind energy, automotive, train components, and storage tanks. It is suitable for RTM, vacuum infusion, and hand lay-up processes.

Packaging: Multiaxial Sandwich Mat with PP Core is usually rolled on a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm. The roll is wrapped with plastic film, then packed into a carton. Rolls should be laid horizontally. Products can be loaded on pallets or packed in bulk into containers.

storage condition: The product should be stored in a cool, waterproof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be maintained between 15℃ to 35℃ and 35% to 65%, respectively. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption.
