Fiberglass double biaxial fabric +45°/-45° is made of fiberglass direct roving parallel aligned in +45° and -45° directions, then stitched together with or without a chopped strand layer as a combo mat. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinyl, and Epoxy resin and widely used in boat building, wind energy, automotive, sports equipment, containers, etc. It is suitable for Vacuum infusion, hand lay-up, pultrusion, RTM forming processes.

Remarks

Width specification: : Standard widths are 1250mm, 1270mm. Other sizes can be customized based on customer requirements, available from 200mm to 2600mm.
Packaging: : Fiberglass double biaxial fabric is usually rolled in a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm. The roll is wrapped with plastic film and then placed in a carton. Rolls should be laid horizontally, and can be loaded on pallets or in bulk into containers.
Storage conditions: : The product should be stored in a cool, dry, and waterproof environment. It is recommended to maintain room temperature between 15°C to 35°C and humidity between 35% to 65%. Keep the product in its original packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption.
