Fiberglass biaxial stitched fabric is made from fiberglass direct roving aligned in 0° and 90° directions, then stitched together using polyester yarn. This fabric may also have a chopped strand layer or a non-woven polyester tissue layer added, forming a combo mat. It is compatible with Polyester, Vinyl, and Epoxy resins and is widely used in boat building, wind energy, automotive applications, sports equipment, flat panels, and more. It is suitable for vacuum infusion, hand lay-up, pultrusion, and RTM forming processes.

Remarks

Roll Width: Standard width in 1200mm, 1270mm, and other sizes depending on customer’s real needs. Available in 200mm to 2600mm.
Packaging: Fiberglass biaxial stitched fabric is usually rolled in a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm. The roll is wrapped in plastic film, then placed in a carton. Rolls are laid horizontally and can be loaded on pallets and bulk in containers.
storage condition: The product should be stored in a cool, waterproof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity be maintained between 15℃ to 35℃ and 35% to 65%, respectively. Please keep the product in its original packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption.
