Double Chopped Strand Sandwich Mat with PP Core is made of two layers of fiberglass chopped strands stitched with polyester yarn and combined with PP, PET, or Nylon core materials in a sandwich design. It is compatible with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins. This product is widely used in boat building, wind energy, automotive, train parts, flat panels, etc., and is suitable for RTM, vacuum infusion, and hand lay-up processes.

Remarks

Width specification: Standard widths are 1250mm, 1270mm. Other sizes can be customized from 200mm to 3200mm based on customer requirements.
Packaging: The Double Chopped Strand Sandwich Mat with PP Core is typically wound on a paper tube with an inner diameter of 76mm. The roll is wrapped with plastic film and packed in cartons. Rolls should be stored horizontally and can be palletized or loaded in bulk into containers.
Storage conditions: The product should be stored in a cool and dry area. Recommended storage conditions are 15°C to 35°C temperature and 35% to 65% relative humidity. Keep the product in its original packaging before use to prevent moisture absorption.
