High-performance hybrid system resins
Daron? 5195 is the A component of the high performance hybrid system, the resin system has a special chemical structure, the free radical polymerization of unsaturated resin and the chemical polymerization of polyurethane system are carried out together during the curing process, which makes the products have excellent mechanical properties and high temperature resistance.
typical application
Daron? 5195 resin is suitable for a variety of molding processes, but is particularly well suited for pultrusion and wet molding.
It uses polymerized isocyanate resin as the second component.
Characteristic performance
- Low viscosity eliminates the need for high traction at high fiber content
- Excellent mechanical properties due to good wettability and interfacial bonding.
- Excellent high temperature resistance
- Low volatility and low odor
- Lower selectivity for fiber infiltrant types
- Excellent bonding ability to a wide range of fibers, including glass and carbon fibers.
Product Description
Daron? 5195 resin has a low viscosity that allows for very fast double curing in thermoforming processes such as pultrusion.
The low viscosity of Daron? 5195 ensures wetting stability at high fiber contents, resulting in high strength products.
Based on its high heat resistance properties, Daron? 5195 still has a high strength retention at high temperatures.
The special curing process of Daron? 5195 makes it possible to maintain product stability at higher pultrusion speeds, thus reducing production costs.

Process Operation Guide
- Daron? 5195 is the A component of the hybrid system and should be used with the specified type of isocyanate component in the pultrusion process.
- Daron? 5195 hybrid system resins are better suited for injection pultrusion. If conventional dip tank pultrusion is used, the resin viscosity change and the stabilization time of the resin in the tank should be monitored.
- The temperature of the workshop should be maintained between 18℃ and 32℃, and the humidity of the workshop should be maintained between 40% and 90%. Constant working conditions in the workshop help the manufacturer to produce high quality products.
