  • Daron? 5195 is the A component of the hybrid system and should be used with the specified type of isocyanate component in the pultrusion process.
  • Daron? 5195 hybrid system resins are better suited for injection pultrusion. If conventional dip tank pultrusion is used, the resin viscosity change and the stabilization time of the resin in the tank should be monitored.
  • The temperature of the workshop should be maintained between 18℃ and 32℃, and the humidity of the workshop should be maintained between 40% and 90%. Constant working conditions in the workshop help the manufacturer to produce high quality products.
