The curing system is: add 2.0 g of curing agent Butanox M50 to 100 g of resin. Cure at room temperature for 24 hours and at 80 °C for 24 hours.
Process Operation Guide
- Recommended MEKP curing system, the amount of 1% ~ 2.5%. According to the different construction temperature and introduction time, you can adjust the amount of curing agent.
- If used for small parts such as automobile parts, in the curing agent has reached the upper limit of the premise, you can add appropriate accelerator to shorten the gel curing time.
- The time to remove the mold release cloth from the product is at least after the end of the exothermic period. Early removal of the film may lead to defects such as pre-molding of the product and poor curing of the surface.
Application Operation Guide
Products cured at room temperature must be post-cured to achieve optimum physical and chemical properties; before that, the products need to be cured at room temperature for 24 hours. For products that are not convenient for post-curing, it is recommended to leave them at room temperature for 24-48h before assembly and drilling.
